New Website Launch for Starting Points

Starting Points is a family support center that provides direct services, information, and resources to families. We are a one-stop shop for family friendly services and our staff works with individual families to meet their needs.

Starting Points serves either as the lead agency or as an involved partner to assess the needs of families to initiate and develop opportunities for Morgan County families.

Throughout West Virginia, Starting Points centers have adopted the Strengthening Families model which allows families to better nurture and support their children. Strengthening Families is a natural partner in providing trauma informed services
